Northside Covid-19 Update

To our Northside Friends

We want to let you know what we're doing to keep you, your friends and family safe, with the rapidly evolving Covid-19 situation and government lockdown.

Starting from the 26th March, all of our retailers will be closed until the government alert level is back at 3 to ensure that all staff and community remain safe.

For our online orders, we will not be dispatching these until the government alert level has reduced, and it is safe to do so. All new orders from now (25th March) are considered pre-orders and will be shipped as promptly as possible once the government level has reduced to 3.

During this time we will also not be able to process any returns. If you would like to make a return can you please contact our team to discuss when this will be able to be completed.
